Sponsored listings and ranking criteria
LUNETOS is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers. Some listings are paid: here we explain how to recognise them, how they are ordered, and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) and Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 (P2B). Last updated: April 2026.
1. How to recognize a sponsored listing
Every paid placement displays the label "Sponsored ad" on the image, both on the homepage and in search results, with a link to this page.
The label is always visible and does not depend on the device: if you do not see the label, the advertisement is not paid (Art. 26 DSA).
2. Main sorting parameters (Art. 5 P2B)
In non-sponsored results, the order depends on: relevance to the search (brand, model, reference code, caliber), publication date, completeness of the listing and photos, ad status, and seller reliability.
In sponsored blocks, the order depends on the purchased priority, the remaining budget (total and daily), and the targeting chosen by the seller (country, city, language). With equal priority, the most relevant ad prevails.
Payment only influences the position within sponsored blocks: it does not modify organic results, does not alter applied filters, and does not imply any authenticity assessment on our part.
3. Visibility packages and costs
Visibility is purchased in packages, with predefined priority and duration:
Spotlight: 9.90 EUR for 7 days, priority 20.
Featured Listing: 19.90 EUR for 14 days, priority 50.
First page: 39.90 EUR for 30 days, priority 80.
The budget and daily limit are configurable: when the budget runs out, the placement automatically stops, and the listing returns to organic results.
4. Data used for targeting
Targeting uses the country and city declared in the profile or deduced from the site's language and the current search. We do not use special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) nor profiling of minors for advertising purposes (Art. 28 DSA).
Impression, click, and conversion metrics are aggregated per ad and per creative variant and do not identify individual visitors.
5. Moderation, suspensions and complaints
We may refuse, suspend, or remove non-compliant listings and placements (counterfeiting, untrue photos, incorrect catalog data, payment evasion), providing reasons for the decision to the seller.
You can dispute a decision, a label, or a placement by writing to support@lunetos.market: we will respond with a reasoned outcome. Your rights to extrajudicial and judicial appeal remain unaffected.
6. Service provider's identity

7. Frequently asked questions
How do I recognize a sponsored listing on LUNETOS?
Every paid placement displays the label "Sponsored ad" on the image, on the homepage and in search results, with a link to this page. If the label is not present, the ad is not paid.
What are the main parameters that determine the order of results?
In organic results, relevance to the search (brand, model, reference code, caliber), publication date, completeness of the listing and photos, ad status, and seller reliability matter. In sponsored blocks, purchased priority, total and daily remaining budget, and targeting by country, city, and language matter.
Does paying for sponsorship change organic results?
No. Payment only influences the position within sponsored blocks: it does not modify organic results, does not alter applied filters, and does not imply any authenticity assessment by LUNETOS.
What data is used for ad targeting?
Country and city declared in the profile or deduced from the site's language and the current search. We do not use special categories of personal data or profiling of minors for advertising purposes.
How do I dispute a label, a suspension, or a placement?
By writing to support@lunetos.market: we will respond with a reasoned outcome, without prejudice to the rights of out-of-court and judicial appeal provided for by the DSA and the P2B Regulation.
