Buyer protection
Payment is held until the frame is delivered, inspected and accepted. Buyer protection is included in every order total.
What is covered
Items that never arrive, arrive materially different from the listing, are damaged in transit or fail authentication.
Inspection window
You have 72 hours from delivery to open a claim with photographs. After that window the order settles and the seller is paid.
Refunds
Approved claims are refunded to the original payment method, including shipping and protection fees when the fault sits with the seller or with authentication.
Not covered
Prescription lens suitability, comfort or fit preference, and wear that was disclosed in the condition report and images.
