Terms of service

LUNETOS provides the venue, catalogue, authentication process and payment handling. The contract of sale is between buyer and seller.

Sellers warrant that items are authentic, lawfully owned, accurately described and photographed as received, and that they will ship within the stated handling time.

Buyers agree to pay the full order total, to inspect on delivery and to raise claims within the inspection window.

Authentication outcomes are expert opinions. Our liability for any order is limited to the order total.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the platform before they take effect.
