Counterfeit policy

Any item confirmed counterfeit is refused, the buyer is refunded in full and the item is not returned to circulation through LUNETOS.

First confirmed case suspends the account pending review. A second case closes it permanently and forfeits pending payouts on affected orders.

Buyers, sellers and rights holders can report a listing from any listing page. Reports are reviewed by a human within one business day.

Brands and their representatives can request removal through our contact page with the reference of the listing concerned.
