Fees and costs
LUNETOS has only two sources of revenue: the service fee paid by the buyer at the time of payment and sponsorship packages purchased by sellers to give visibility to listings. Publishing is free, and the seller receives the full price indicated in the listing.
The items
- Service Fee — 7%
- Calculated on the item's price and charged to the buyer at checkout. It covers protected payment, support, dispute management, and refunds.
- Listing publication — free
- No listing fees and no commission withheld from the seller: the credited amount is the item's price indicated in the listing.
- Sponsorships — starting from €9.90
- Optional packages for listing visibility, with budget and spending limit configurable by the seller.
- Shipping — at buyer's expense
- The cost indicated in the listing is added to the total. Import duties and taxes on non-EU orders are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by LUNETOS.

Sponsorship buys visibility, not a judgment on the item: sponsored listings are always labeled and shown alongside other listings of the same model.

Rare and out-of-production pieces with a limited audience to reach over time.
- Every sponsored ad is marked with the label “Sponsored”: visibility is paid for, placement does not alter prices or sales conditions.
- You can set a total budget and a daily spending limit: once the budget is exhausted, sponsorship automatically stops, and the ad remains online as a regular ad.
- Impressions, clicks, and conversions for your sponsored listing are visible in your dashboard.
- Sponsorship does not affect the outcome of the ad review: a non-compliant ad is removed and the remaining fee is refunded.
- Payment for sponsorship is a platform service, invoiced to you as the seller, separate from the item's price.
Protected payment, refunds and disputes
When does the credit start
The paid amount remains blocked in the payment account. The seller is credited when the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically 3 days after delivery recorded by the courier.
Disputes
The buyer can open a dispute within the window indicated in the order. The seller's payment remains suspended until staff's decision.
Refunds
A full refund returns the price, shipping, and service fee. A partial refund returns the amount decided by staff. If staff does not decide within the agreed SLA, the refund is automatically issued to the buyer.
Item not as described or suspected counterfeit
LUNETOS does not perform authenticity appraisals: authenticity is declared and guaranteed by the seller. If the item received does not match the listing or is counterfeit, the order is fully refunded to the buyer and the listing is removed.
